In the year 2019 Plumtech Engineering Pvt Ltd has been renamed as Abijit Plumtech Pvt Ltd (AP) and have executed nearly 92 projects valued over One hundred and thirty crore rupees at several places all over India.

Mr. Akshaya Kumar Nayak, who is the Managing Director of PEPL is an highly experienced Professional with nearly two decades of accomplishments in the areas of PHE, firefighting & accessory works in various projects at several places in India. A qualified Civil and PHE engineer with exceptional and proven experience in meticulous planning and delivery of plumbing and fire fighting systems etc. including ancillary works such as Hydro pneumatic systems, Effluent Treatment Systems, Water Treatment Systems etc. He also gives his expert recommendations in regard to Sanitary Fittings and Fixtures, Kitchen Fittings, Toilet General Arrangements & layouts and Tiling and floorings. He is being frequently consulted for overall planning of Toilets for all the matters relating to its completion. Mr. A. K. Nayak has over 25 years of field experience and has an uncanny demonstrable ability for anticipation of hold ups and hindrances likely to come up in the system and issuing necessary advice in solving them even before they arise. He is certainly the man to look for when in need of technical value additions and value engineering.

Mr. A. K. Nayak also heads our management team in all matters in respect of Quality policies, its reviews, its education and implementation in the organization. He has also taken on the responsibilities of fully ensuring customers' satisfaction with regard to quality and timely completion of works. He keeps a continuous interaction with customers and other renowned professionals in the field in order to create an awareness of necessity of plumbing and drainages in all constructions. Mr. Nayak also inspects all project sites at regular intervals and holds hand on training program for technicians. His also assists during his site visits, in removing internal and external hindrances that are main causes for delays. He also heads Management resource mobilization and deployments.
